Position Summary
- Analyze and intrepid EDI standards and business requirements, develop project documentation based on business and EDI requirements
- Communicate with EDI coordinators, customers and trading partners
- Communicate with developers, obtain estimates, schedule tasks and projects
- Track projects execution, assists developers with questions and issue resolution
- Deliver completed projects to stakeholders
- Develop use / maintenance documentation
- Gather market feedback, suggests improvements into company products
- Execute product improvements and tweaks as business analyst and project coordinator
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with EDI standards
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Technical and business writing skills
- Experience working with on and off site development teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills MS Office, Word, Excel, etc
- Can do attitude
- Knowledge of Retail Supply Chain is a major plus
- Web Development experience is a major plus
- BS in computer science or related field
