Direct EDI, Inc. is looking for a Senior Sales Representative with experience in selling EDI or technology solutions and establishing new accounts in grocery, consumer retail or supply chain industries. The ideal candidate is capable of executing a sales strategy to significantly grow business, promote Direct EDI, Inc.’s services within the industry sector, access senior executive teams, asses customers specific needs and develop consultative sales strategy.
Responsibilities
Make calls to qualify prospects.
Establish a rapport and build relationships with potential customers.
Maintain and update contact data in company CRM system.
Achieve monthly quotas.
Required Qualifications
Solution selling experience.
Familiarity with the consultative selling and negotiating techniques.
Experience calling on a Senior Executive level within Fortune 500 companies.
Previous experience selling EDI services or experience selling technology solutions such as ERP, accounting solutions, distribution, MRP, WMS, e-Commerce or CRM Software.
Successful track record in growing revenues with enterprise level accounts.
5 years of experience in major account sales to Fortune 500 companies
Must be self-motivated with a can-do attitude and goal oriented, confident and self-starter.
Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision and guidance.
Ability to penetrate organizations at the strategic decision maker level.
Solid writing, editing and presentation experience
