Sephora Vendors will now be able to use their Web EDI account to create or order Labels for their shipments. Carton labels are mandatory for all Sephora vendors who ship to warehouse.
Labels are created from the 856, Advance Shipping Notice (ASN), which is created from the Purchase Order. Sephora will NOT be sending the 856 Document, but will still be able to create it from the PO in order to create or order labels.
Information about creating the ASN and labels can be found in our help section. Click the “?” icon in the top right corner of the screen or the “Help” link in the Control Panel on the left when you’re logged in to your account.
The video guides in our Help section will walk you through your Label options, too. Once you’ve created your labels through Web EDI, you may order them from us (we ship them to you overnight), or print them out on your own label printer in PDF format (monthly fees apply once you enable PDF labels for your account), or in CSV format if you are using additional label software.
